Τα μοντέλα της TONY KART για το 2015

Τα νέα μοντέλα Racer της TONY Kart θα είναι διαθέσιμα από τον Ιανουάριο του 2015


Η πρώτη παρουσίαση του νέου μοντέλου για την νέα χρονιά έγινε τον Οκτώβριο στο Παγκόσμιο Πρωτάθλημα της κατηγορίας των εξατάχυτων ΚΖ1.

Το σασί διατηρεί τις ίδιες homologations: Racer 401 CIK/FIA 56/CH/14, ROOKIE ACI/CSAI 13/CH/14.

Αλλαγές υπάρχουν στα πλαστικά (bodyworks) όπου δίνεται έμφαση στην αεροδυναμική τους, και συνοδεύονται από νέο σχεδιασμό και χρωματισμό στα αυτοκόλλητα.
Ουσιαστική αλλαγή θα έχει το νέο σύστημα φρένου στα KZ1-2 σασί, με την ονομασία BSS (Homologation 13/FR/20), τα οποία θα είναι τετραπίστονα εμπρός και δυπίστονα πίσω . Ενώ τα σωληνάκια φρένου είναι πλέον αεροπορικού τύπου

TONY KART RACER 401
RACER 401 is composed by a frame realized with Ø 30 mm tubes in molybdenum chrome steel, adjustable in height both front and rear. It is supplied with two torsion bars which allow modifying the rigidity of the chassis. The adjustment of camber and caster is easily changeable thanks to the incorporated uniball eccentric washers, it is provided with magnesium OTK components. The brake system can be chosen among the BSS–SA2–SA3 according to the category in which is used. RACER 401 is equipped with OTK adjustable pedals in forged aluminium and with the renewed exhaust supports. The chassis has OTK M6 bodyworks, studied and tested in order to reduce the coefficient of aerodynamic resistance and they are complete with 2015 design stickers.

TONY KART KRYPTON 801
KRYPTON 801 is composed by a frame realized with Ø 32 mm tubes in molybdenum chrome steel, adjustable in height both front and rear. It is supplied with two torsion bars which allow modifying the rigidity of the chassis. The adjustment of camber and caster is easily changeable thanks to the incorporated uniball eccentric washers, it is provided with magnesium OTK components. The brake system can be chosen among the BSS–SA2 –SA3 according to the category in which is used. KRYPTON 801 is equipped with OTK adjustable pedals in forged aluminium and with the renewed exhaust supports. The chassis has OTK M6 bodyworks, studied and tested in order to reduce the coefficient of aerodynamic resistance and they are complete with 2015 design stickers.

TONY KART RACER 401 DD2
RACER 401 DD2 is homologated for the 125 ROTAX DD2 class. It is composed by a frame realized with Ø 30 mm tubes in molybdenum chrome steel and it is available in the racing version with magnesium OTK components. It is supplied with OTK BSS brake system, with OTK adjustable pedals in forged aluminium. The bodyworks are OTK M6 complete with 2015 design stickers. The Rotax homologated rear bumper is not supplied with the chassis.

TONY KART KRYPTON 801 DD2
KRYPTON 801 DD2 is homologated for the 125 ROTAX DD2 class. It is composed by a frame realized with Ø 32 mm tubes in molybdenum chrome steel and it is available in the Racing version with magnesium OTK components. It is supplied with OTK BSS brake system, with OTK adjustable pedals in forged aluminium. The bodyworks are OTK M6 complete with 2015 design stickers. The Rotax homologated rear bumper is not supplied with the chassis.

TONY KART RACER ST VK
RACER ST VK is composed by a frame realized with Ø 30 mm tubes in molybdenum chrome steel with 1040 mm wheelbase. It is available with OTK components in magnesium including wheels and axle of Ø 40mm. It is provided with eccentric washers which allow the adjustment of the camber and caster and with front bar which allows modifying the rigidity of the frame. It is supplied without footrest and equipped with OTK BSM brake system, round steering wheel covered with alkantara, new 8.5lt fuel tank, OTK M4 bodyworks complete with stickers and rear chromium-plated bumper. This chassis can be used in KA Junior, Clubman Light, Clubman Heavy.

TONY KART PSYLO VK
PSYLO VK is composed by a frame realized with Ø 28 mm tubes in molybdenum chrome steel with 1040 mm wheelbase. It is available with OTK components in magnesium including wheels and axle of Ø 40mm. It is provided with eccentric washers which allow the adjustment of the camber and caster and with front bar which allows modifying the rigidity of the frame. It is supplied without footrest and equipped with OTK BSM brake system, round steering wheel covered with alkantara, new 8.5lt fuel tank, OTK M4 bodyworks complete with stickers and rear chromium-plated bumper. This chassis can be used in KA Junior, Clubman Light.

TONY KART NORDIX
NORDIX is composed by a frame realized with Ø 28 mm tubes in molybdenum chrome steel with 1010 mm wheelbase. It is available in the Basic version with OTK components in machined aluminium and axle of Ø 40mm or 30mm. It is provided with eccentric washers which allow the adjustment of the camber and caster and with front bar which allows modifying the rigidity of the frame. It is supplied without footrest and equipped with OTK BSM brake system, 3 spokes steering wheel covered with alkantara, new 3lt fuel tank 2013 model, OTK M4 bodyworks complete with stickers and rear chromium-plated bumper. This chassis can be used in Junior National or Rotax Mini MAX.

TONY KART ROOKIE 950
ROOKIE is composed by a frame realized with Ø 28 mm tubes in molybdenum chrome steel, homologated ACI/CSAI, with 950mm wheelbase. It is available in the Basic version with OTK components in machined aluminium. It is provided with eccentric washers which allow the adjustment of the camber and caster. It is equipped with OTK BSM brake system, rear plastic protection, 3 spokes steering wheel covered with alkantara, 3lt fuel tank and homologated OTK M5 bodyworks complete with stickers. The aluminium foot-rest or the chromium-plated rudder pedals can be bought as an option; this allows adjusting the pedals to suit the position of drivers. This chassis can be used in Cadet 9, Cadet 12, Rotax Micro MAX, Rotax Mini MAX.

TONY KART ROCKY 900
ROCKY EXP is composed by a frame realized with Ø 28 mm tubes in molybdenum chrome steel with 900mm wheelbase. It is available in the Basic version with OTK components in machined aluminium. It is provided with eccentric washers which allow the adjustment of the camber and caster. It is equipped with OTK MBS brake system, 3 spokes steering wheel covered with alkantara, rear chromium-plated bumper and homologated bodyworks complete with stickers. Optional is the aluminium foot-rest. This chassis can be used for Cadet 9, Cadet 12, Rotax Micro MAX.

TONY KART MICRO
MICRO is composed by a frame realized with Ø 25 mm tubes in molybdenum chrome steel, with 800mm wheelbase. It is available in the Basic version with OTK components in machined aluminium. It is equipped with mechanical brake system, bodyworks complete with stickers and rear chromium-plated bumper.

BRAKE SYSTEMS
SA3
Front and rear hydraulic self-adjusting brake system made in machined Ergal alloy. 4 pistons front calliper with hand control and equipped with new front disks 4mm thick. Double one-piece brake pump rear brake system with pedal control and a 2 pistons calliper and a Ø 180 mm disk, with the possibility to mount the optional Ø 206 mm disk. Aeronautical brake tubes covered with steel link.

SA2
Rear hydraulic self-adjusting brake system made in machined Ergal alloy. Double one-piece brake pump with pedal control, 2 pistons calliper and Ø 180 mm disk, with the possibility to mount the optional Ø 206 mm disk. Aeronautical brake tubes covered with steel link.

BSS
Front and rear hydraulic self-adjusting brake system made in machined Ergal alloy. Double pump with pedal control, working simultaneously both on front and rear wheels. 4 pistons front calliper with Ø 140 mm disk. 2 pistons rear calliper with Ø 180 mm disc, with the possibility to mount the optional Ø 206 mm disk. Aeronautical brake tubes covered with steel link.

MBS
Rear hydraulic brake system, double pump with pedal control, 2 pistons calliper and Ø 180 mm steel disk. Aeronautical brake tubes covered with steel link.

BSM
Rear hydraulic brake system, double pump with pedal control, 2 pistons calliper and Ø 180 mm or Ø 206 mm steel disk, which allows a weight decrease and a higher heat loss. Aeronautical brake tubes covered with steel link.
